The doctors at Natick Eye Associates are providers with most but not all insurance companies. These include the following:

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• Cigna
• Eyemed
• Harvard Pilgrim
• Medicare
• Superior Vision Plan
• Tufts
• Unicare
• United Health Care

When scheduling your appointment, our office staff will ask you for insurance infomation including subscriber name and date of birth so that we can check your benefits prior to your appointment. If you have any questions about your benefits or eligibility, please call the member services phone number on your insurance card. We are happy to submit a claim on our patients' behalf to any insurance companies for which we are providers. However, if the claim denies in whole or in part, the patient is responsible for payment of those fees. To dispute a non-covered claim, the patient must contact his or her insurance company directly.
