Dear patients, friends and neighbors,

In an effort to support the initiative to control the spread of COVID-19 during this challenging and rapidly evolving situation, we have made the decision to close our offices from Wednesday March 18, 2020 thru Tuesday April 7, 2020. We are making this decision out of an abundance of caution to protect our staff, our staff’s families, our patients and our patient’s families.

You can still email us at and we will be checking voicemail daily. We will return communications as soon as possible.

You can order your contacts from our website and have them directly shipped to your home during our closure.

We hope you all stay safe during these uncertain times.
